A few years ago we accompanied the administration of the township of Castellanza along the path of “Agenda 21”, the international movement born in Aalborg, Denmark in 1994, supporting ecological development.

The objective: to draft a programme of important things to do in the 21st century in order to improve the quality of life on our planet, starting from the smallest of towns and arriving in cities all over the world. These concepts are as important as they are difficult to communicate, especially to children, without going into the trivial.

In order to speak with the city we have chosen the way of forums, notebooks and debates, a path which is fully demonstrated in our site agenda21.castellanza.org. Alternatively, for the dialogues with elementary school children visual literature, as termed by Hugo Pratt, was chosen. And this, for us, means communication through comic books.
