Graduated from the University of Milan in Medicine and Surgery in 1988 with a specialization in reconstructive plastic surgery attained from the University of Milan in 1993. Registered with the Medici di Milano (Milan Physicians) from 1989 and until 2003 worked in the plastic surgery unit at the hospital in Sesto San Giovanni (Milan). Practiced medicine in diverse structures in Milan: the Milan Italian Finance Police (Guardia di Finanza) group practice, the European Centre for Dermatology and in her own Milan studio. Also a member of the Italian Society of reconstructive plastic and cosmetic surgery, the American Society of plastic surgery and the American Society of Phototherapeutics
